Learners who have passed the Alternative Learning System Accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test are also eligible to apply for financial subsidy and pursue Senior High School in non-DepEd Schools and institutions.
A&E Test passers and Philippine Education Placement Test (PEPT) passers for the current school year and have been certified for admission to Grade 11 for school year 2018-2019 may now apply for the SHS Voucher Program through the manual application procedure. This is granted that they received their certification not later than May 31, 2018.
Aside from the usual requirements, they also need to include their Certificate of Eligibility to enroll in Grade 11. The deadline for the submission of applications for ALS and PEPT passers is on June 15 with the results to be announced on June 29.
This is apart from qualified Grade 10 student applicants for the Senior High School Voucher Program for Academic Year 2018-2019. Said students from private high schools who are not yet Education Service Contracting (ESC) grantees who will continue their Senior High School in private schools or institutions have until January 31 to apply for the SHS Voucher Program for manual application and until February 28 for online application.
Grade 10 completers from public schools and those who are ESC grantees in private Junior High School are automatically qualified for the voucher and no longer need to apply.
To apply for the SHS Voucher online, simply download and fill out the application form from the Online Voucher Application Portal (OVAP)

Proof of income of parents/guardians
Certificate of Financial Assistance received from the school (if applicable)
For manual application, student applicants may obtain and fill out the Voucher Application Form at DepEd Schools Division Offices, Junior High Schools and non-DepEd Senior High Schools. Mail the accomplished form together with the requirements to SHS Voucher Program Applications, PEAC National Secretariat located at 5th Floor Salamin Building, 197 Salcedo Street Makati City 1229.
The results and the list of Qualified Voucher Recipients will be posted on OVAP on March 31.
